A lot of us love the country pop singer Taylor Swift. Her songs relate to young girls everywhere, but is she really growing as an artist. Is her music and voice becoming more her and older or is she the same artist that we were introduced to when she was just 17.

Hello, I like your response. I am 26 and I love her music. I feel that her songs relates to me as a person and who I am. I too have gone through a lot that her songs are about.

i think she is maturing a little bit. that's good for her though, it doesn't make her sound like she's stuck to being a tween star. and i like that she doesn't mature as fast as the other singers her age does, i think that her songs are age-appropriate, both for her and her audience.

Hello, well to me I believe that she is maturing as an artist. But she is still the same 17 year old that was introduced to us as a teenager not a singer. So if you think about it she does not let her fame get in the way of who she is. I have watched her videos and have noticed that she still goes around as a normal person. Some artists out there acts like there is nothing but fame like Miley Cyrus and some others that I can not think of. So either way it can be a yes and it can be a no. But to me it is a yes.

Taylor Swift is definitely terrific... great voice and song genre... i do agree that her voice timbre may change with age... But with constant practice song voices mature too... she may evolve as a pop star when she grows... she's got the looks the voice... and the future.

I think she is in fact growing and maturing. Just look at the musicvideo for "Mine". It's about someone who had un stable childhood that effected her through adulthood and made her escape from love and any attachment but then she meets someone who understands her issues and helps her believe in love. It's very moving!

I think that Taylor Swift is terrific. She is definitely growing in her music. As her audience changes, she changes with them. She gets wiser with her years and her songs are the proof of that.
