Long lasting friendships - do they exist?

Yes. I have lots of them. We are friends since high school, which is for me is really a long time now. Its really good that we have those kind of friends. Friends that will not leave us and will always be there no matter what.

i have more friends but more of them are short lasting, little of them are long lasting. the short friends are less time interact with me ie, due to a particular reason for a specified time. long lasting friends are interact with me more so i will depend their for my good days and bad days. thanks

I have a friend I have been in contact of some sort with for about twenty five years. He was a very close friend in college. It's been the longest friendship I've maintained in my life. There are some friends who come in and out of my life. I cherish their friendship and I'm always glad to see them when they reappear.

Of course they exist. I've been friends with some people for more than two decades. Of course, every person changes and you lose touch with some people for a while. But if they were really important to you the universe will send them back to you.

There are so many friends in my life. But i think you shoud be happy if you have 3~5 true friend. All in all, not everyong can accompany you to go through life.

A long lasting friendship most certainly exist. A true will never leave you out in the cold,will always be there for you when you need them the most and most but not least no matter what the problem or disagreement may be is always forgiving. True friendships holds a life long worth of legacy,a bond that is unbreakable, a love that is unchangeable and a friendship that is bound by trust, honest and faith!!!!!!!

Some people think they have a lot of friends. But are they real friends are just people in your life. Can you really count on them when in need? My teacher in high school told me that in a lifetime a person has only 5 best friends in their entire life. I have some people who I thought was my friend and in the long run they truly never was. Honestly I can say I have a couple of friends who have been in my life in a while. I rather have a couple of really good friends rather than a bunch of friends who are fake.

I have a friend since I was a high school student that was more than 20 years past. Until this time my friend remains to be my friend.She is not my best friend but we are really of good friends.Whenever I am in sorrow she's there to comfort me though sometimes we don't talk for over a year but we are always been a good friends.I wanna be there whenever she needs me although distance makes the situation complicated but we always see to it to keep our friendship
