what action should take against terrorist

hi every one.
whether you are a american or indian or russian or chinese or afghani its not a matter... by any way we all affect by terrorism. day to day terrorism activities are increasing without any fear.so what actions should take against terrorism to wipe out their roots entirely.

only security will prevent terrorism unfortunately no matter how good the soldiers are they just stay in the wrong places and keep away from the vicinity that the terrorists inhabit. if the peace keepers were truly brave, they should stay within a kilometer of the terrorist camp and keep the area devoid of them even if the terrorist has a family to take care of. of course not all terrorists have killed so only the leader should take the most punishment.
