Hello! Selling idea?

Today I got struck by a idea :D I will start buying and selling at higher prices different objects from the stores surrounding me. [ I will use my own items for ad and when comes to sell i'll buy the certain item]. It's a bit risky but I've had enough! I want some money ! I have needs and wishes and my parents are not very co-operative so why not make my own part-time flexible luck?
So my questions are:
Have you tried this?[I did but I didn't had too much time]
Is it legal?
Is it better than normal , average online earning [ Never earned a buck from the net..]
Any good tips that you might share?

I am also planing to do the same but i'm not from us or uk so mailing price can be risky and you'd have to buy many same products that are really cheap and sel it for twice the price in local market. But so far i havent tried cause i don't have a credit card linked to paypal and only have 23$ on paypal so there's not much to buy that cheap and it would travel more than a month. I might try it soon tho. Good luck! I wanted to buy usbs for 60giga that cost 20$ on ebay and in my country they sell them for 70€ but i guess if you buy like 50 you might have problems on border and i don't want to spend money just so they confiscate my goods worth like 1000€.

That's one good point of view you have slovenc1. I am Romanian [stupid small corrupt country] and that might raise some difficulty. I might as well sell locally but I thought that working with bucks would be far more easier because I could be profiting from the currency trades.I will check E-bay and see what they have to offer. Still,thank you for the information, I really appreciate.

Welcome, I'm from small country too(Slovenia) and every country is has its problems. I really feel bad when i hear how much stuff they destroy every year because it is fake. They could at least give it for free to those who really need it. Good luck with making profit

I used to do that with ebay. I was buying things with discount or got free stuff, and then sold them to ebay. I had to be careful though because of the shipping prices. I made a good profit to be honest but it required lot of effort :) Good luck!

I think I'll be doing more research before joining this business and if this works It might as well become a hobby. I saw some good things that might sell easy and I see what happens. At the moment I am broke. Still thank you for the info and the supportive attitude. :-D
