What are the common problems in an internet cafe business?

Im not an owner of an internet cafe though, but me and my friends always use cafes when we play games on LAN, so i kinda know some common problems in an internet cafe business. One of the problems are the hardware and software problems on the PC, if you have a big capital, make sure you but probably the best computer you can buy. A crappy computer is a no no. Another problem is the environment, if your cafe is kinda weird for its purpose, if your planning to have pure internet cafe without games, make sure the place is relaxing and a good ambiance, and also dont forget to play some good music.

Hi ilovebooks Well in my country cyber cafes need to have really high specs com to attract customers. Fights are quite a common site over here.I mean when one side loses a game they'll get really pissed and thats when they start fighting. Not really sure how to solve this problem though.lol

In our country computer shops can been seen everywhere. It's easy to put up a business like this. I think the main issue here in our country is the pricing. The hourly rate is so low; thus, return of investment will surely take some time before you can start earning real profit.
