Your Facebook Friends

Ok so the other day my friend got mad at my cousin for treating facebook like "myspace". Now I'm not really sure that this phenomena occurred over night, or if it has happened since the phoenix rose from the ashes. Now my friend soph had a problem with amanda about adding one of her, sophs, friends. The problem was because soph like this guy yet the guy was hitting on my cousin. Well my cousin's story stated that the guy only said hi and that he added her and she saw that him and soph were friends so she added him. Apparently this is not ok in the facebook world. I don't know which side I take. Though I agree, my facebook is much more sacared to friends and family than myspace was, however I reiterate the value of its nature its still a social network. * What is your take on this, do you allow everyone and anyone onto your facebook, are the two different?
