Hi I am a employee with a central government organization. I wanted to start my own consultancy firm while being in the job. The problem is government bars its employs from doing so. Can anyone suggest me a way in which i can carry on the my job and associate myself with consultancy too??..one important thing I didn't want to work in a hidden manner...
