Mails not working properly

For the past three weeks I have been facing problem with accessing my e-mails. I have yahoo mail as well as hotmail addresses. In Yahoo the inbox opens but cannot open the mail, delete, send. It works randomly. There seems to be something linked to the picture ads on the page. When the picture Ads appear everything works fine. When they do not, no link works. When I contacted customer care, I was advised to load Adobe Flash Player, which I did, try another browser (tried chrome)or go to the New yahoo mail from Classic. Nothing changed. I was also advised to try on another system, which so far I did not. When yahoo mail works fine (i.e. when the ads appear) hotmail also opens normally. This is happening in my laptop. Can there be some thing interfering on the wireless links as there are three or four wireless connections in our premises? Or is there something wrong with OS in my laptop? Can anybody give suggestion to overcome the problem before I take my laptop for service?
