Argentina beat Nigeria in their first show in the 2010 WC with the score 1:0.Heinze get the only goal at 6'.Congratulations to Argentina!The performance of Nigeria also worth respect since they did create chances to score.It was really a wonderful match.
Today,I'll stay up late at night to watch the match between England and America.
Love World Cup!Love Spain!I hope Argentina and Spain will meet in the final game...
The 2010 World Cup will be successful...

I think it was a wonderful game of football. It was end to end stuff with both teams going for the goals. I thought Messi was good, but was kept out of the score sheet by the excellent performance of the Nigerian Goalkeeper. On the other hand, Nigeria was ever threatening to score, but their finishing cost them the match!!

The goalkeeper of Nigeria really performanced well and Messi seemed to be lack of luck.

All the games have been really close so far. I don't have a favorite yet. I'll wait until the field is narrowed down a little bit.

you think so? i beg to differ, that cup is an african world cup!! its not going anywhere..... I must say argentina played real good, they are very good!! its a pity that nigerian goalkeeper kept Messi away from making any goals.....it is good!! Its a nice feeling here in S.A, everybody's happy and soccer crazt....amazing

English players are good enough I think,but the gap between Englad and other teams ,for instance ,Italy and spain, is the goalkeeper.England hasn't got a world-class goalkeeper.

Argentina is one of my favorite teams, and I hope they do well in the World Cup, but what amazed me the most in this game was actually the Nigerian goalkeeper, he was amazing!

I rarely bother with football, but the World Cup does produce good matches and I tend to watch a few. My boss drew Nigeria in the sweep at work and when I noticed that the match was on today I decided to watch part of it, which ended up with me watching it all. I was quite impressed with the Nigerian performance, especially since they are not rated at all and considered outsiders.

Well it really felt so good to see argentina win and also to see The great Legend Of football/Soccer Of all times "DEAGO MARADONA".Please Forgive me if I am wrong in spelling the name of Great legend.
Yes The game was great and so does the crowd.all the atmosphere was so colourful.Better luck for nigeria for next time.
