How do you cope without seeing your partner? / myLot

I've recently got into a longer distance relationship in which i can only see my girlfriend on weekends. I absolutely love spending time with her and it really gets to me when we have to say goodbye. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get by the week without feeling all depressed that i can't see her?

you just do! my hubby and i worked different shifts when we were first married. i worked days, he worked nights so we hardly saw each other either, only on weekends mostly. you just do what you gotta do.
