my hubby and i have been married for 22 years and well, we sort of know what each other is going to do next. well sometimes, that is. he keeps me laughing and is a great support, especially when i am in major pain, but my question is how predictable are you?
do you do the same things? my co-worker dresses the same every day (different clothes of course) but always a hoodie or sweater, dress pants and almost always, flip flops (our office is fairly casual). she is pretty predictable in that sense. what about you?

My husband and I are in the same room right now, and when I read your discussion asked him: Do you think that I am predictable?" He laughed and said: "No, not at all" and it is true that I don't like to do the same things. I get some crazy ideas sometimes and I love changes and new experiences. I have a mood disorder and that is another reason why I am not very predictable. My husband is more predictable than me and I can often guess what he is going to say and do.

Hi Porcospino: I love people that are unpredictable too. I think that the world is funnier thanks to people that are not comfortable doing the same things over and over again. I would say that it must exist a contrast between the persons like me that are predictable and those who don't like the routine, this is what make the world a beautiful place full of diversity. Thanks for your answer. Have a nice day.

Hi Cher, Well congratulations forhaving been maried for 22 years that is asmirable in itself! I would say that I am fairly predicatble, I am Taurean and it is in our nature to reliable which I guess also means predictable. I do like to preplan things and as I have to wear uniform at work I gues my clothingis too. I like to be comfortable and tend to stick with what I know suits me too. Now and again I will shock people by doing something off the wall lol. Huggles. Ellie :D

Hi cher! I think my friends would mostly say that I am, but on
occasion I do suprise them! I can be funny and crazy at times
when I'm not depressed and withdrawn. My bf definitely knows
me too well! I think I know him too well too and we've been
together almost 3 years and living together! We laugh alot too,
and he doesn't argue, I do, he ignores me or goes for a walk.

i'm obsessive compulsive so i can be quite predictable. i could never go to bed without straightening the sheets first even if i know i'm just gonna mess it up. also, my friends have mentioned that because of my very well established beliefs, they know if an activity is something i would do or not.

I'm predictable. I'm a simple guy who doesn't like to complicate things. Although a little mystery never hurts, does it? lol.

I am, I have to say very predictable but I find it easier, easier for me and certainly easier for others, I think personally people prefer it when you are predictable, because they know where they stand with you and feel more at ease, than if you are erratic and unpredictable, it's like walking on eggshells, especially if it's predicting moods! One of my weopens I had against my ex was that they were predictable, I knew where they were coming from and I took steps BEFORE they went on the attack, life was much easier that way, I don't think I could have coped if my ex was unpredictable, so predictability has the thumbs up from me!

I am predictable. Pretty much do the same things each day and react to different situations the same way. My husband and our kids know how I will respond to almost everything that comes my way. I dress the same way everyday since I am no longer working. Into jeans and tennis shoes because I like being comfy. Also watch the same kind of programs on television daily. Really enjoy the crime programs on tru-TV.

Nobody wants to think they are predictable, but I think most of us are. We have our tastes, our habits, and our dislikes and must of us make them known to the people around us. Sometimes they can identify them better than us. I remember when I was in college, we had a party once in my department and we did a quiz about the professors (eg, Which professor always dresses in brown?). All the students got the answers right, but the professors had a hard time picking themselves out.
I know with my own family they can seem to pinpoint when I will like something faster than I can myself. Of course, we are all multidimensional people who change, but as a whole, I think people generally are predictable.

It's good to hear you still have fun like when you first met, it's really rare to see these days and I wished more people around where I live was like this. My wife says I'm still very unpredictable but she can spot when I'm having her on 9 times out of 10, which makes it fun for me because I love to try harder.
I dress very similar most days, I guess that's the only really predictable thing about me.

I'm not as predictable as he is. I like changing things up a bit. And he likes what he likes. Day after day after day...

I think it depends on if you mean predictable in the sense of knowing what one thinks or more on a general scale.
In my opinion I am not very predictable seeing that I like to do many different things, I decide in the morning what to wear and I could act and look very different depending on what mood I am in. I can be fairly spontaneous when it comes to social activities. On the other hand I think I might be very predictable in a greater sense, since I prefer to plan certain things, how I do with things that I don't like doing (like cleaning or food shopping).
That means that even if the result, what I am going to do etc cannot always be predicted I am pretty sure that someone who knows me well would find that I am predictable in the WAY I think and make choices etc.
I hope this explanation was at all understandable...

Hi cher: I think that, being a very organized person, an intellectual, shy boy I think I'm very predictable. I think I love the simple things and I enjoy even the beautiful things that we have in simple things such as drinking a botle of ice tea. I don't do different things everyday but I enjoy my routine so i think the answer is yes and I feel ok about this. I think that my brother, mother and sister and also my best friend in my university knows me very vwell. Thanks for asking us this question. Have a nice day.
