Hello everybody. The subject steers the conversation straight... I need a workout plan. I am pretty scrawny, and hate my skinny arms. I want to bulk up. I am eating right and hearty. I'm gaining weight alright, but I want to truly bulk up. I want to be stronger, and look toned. Does anyone have a scheduled workout out there? I want specifics on it, like what days, reps/sets, etc. I also want it body weight! It'll be really helpful if you can give me a scheduled plan of your "body weight" workout. Any links or anything would be very helpful to.
Can you also include how I am suppose to warm up and cool down? I am kind of new to working out. I also have no access to gyms or weights. Everything I do is improvised.
Thanks for anyone who can help me.

Hey there! Well, I am not really into hard workout, but I can share some recommendations from my P.E. teacher.
You can improve your muscles by doing different exercises: sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups etc. You can do them in sets, for example ten reps each. My teacher told me, that in the beginning, it's important to start with low amount of reps, he suggested sets of 8-12 reps. Then, when getting stronger, you can increase the number of reps and sets. I was told to do workout at least 3 times a week, because then I would be able to trigger the growth of muscle. It's also good to stretch yourself before and after the workout, it will reduce the amount of time that will be needed for restoring the body.
That's all I can suggest, you may want to search for some special diets on the web or something.
