That depends.
If you have a lover, but unfortunately that is not the lover fated to be with you (means he/she should be someone else), your friends are your most valuable as they will be there to cheer you up.
If you already have a true lover, your true lover will also be your place to stand, still, your friends also will be there to cheer you up if you have partner.
But if your friends also already have partner, they must care of their families also, that make them couldn't take care of both..
So I guess friend and lover stand in a same position when it comes to measure their value :)

Friend... A friend can always be a friend to you. But lover may come and go and sometimes can be your enemy. This is true in most cases. So, value your friend. A true friend will always there to support you more than a lover can do. :)

I think it depends on the different minds of different people. For me,a true lover is more valuable than a friend in form.

In my eyes both are valuable because see think that you have one friend and one lover. If your friend cheated you or if you quarreled with your friend or if you broken your friendship then you can share your feelings with your lover. And the same thing if your love leave you or if your love is broken then you can share your feelings to your one of the close friend. So both are valuable.

friend is always valueable than lover, because whenever lover hurts you in your life the one who stands with you is your friend so do not leave your friends specially those who really cares for you
