iPod Touch Won't Sync to Nike+ Anymore?

I recently restored my iPod Touch and then I went jogging afterwards. Now that I tried to sync my iPod to Nike+, it won't sync. It's probably because I restored my iPod to factory settings. Does anyone know how to get it to sync? Thank you!
