If you are in the super market, you interest how much money too spend?

I do try to pay some attention to it, but I don't always do so well. The best tip I have is to count the total in your head while you are adding things to the cart. That way the total won't come as a huge surprise and shock when you are getting ready to pay the cashier. Also, make a list of the things you intend to buy, and stick to it, if you always find yourself adding useless things into the cart while you shop.
