DEER MEAT

I have ttried it baked like a roast with seasoning, fried like a steak,and ground up and they made deer burgers, and I didn't really like it at all with one exception my sister took a deer roast and a beef roast and cooked them together in beef broth and then shredded it and poured BBQ sauce on it and let it cook for awhile and put it on hamburger buns she served it at my nephews birthday party and didn't tell anyone what she did till after everyone eat there fill me I knew because I told her before she could tell me it had deer in it. at first people were mad but then they got over it and was asking for recipes on how she made it. But I haven't ate it since.

My mom tried it and she said she liked it. Im scared to try it mainly because it is a deer and im not sure of how it will taste. I would have to gain some courage to be able to try it. Im sure it taste great.

Venison is venison, anyway you make it. my only preference, is juicy. :)
