sending money from one paypa account to another paypal account,isthere any fee?

If you choose to send it as a gift, then you shouldn't incur a fee, but be careful as paypal only allow you to have 1 account, and if they cotton on to the fact that you have 2 accounts then they may close them both down. If they do your account will become limited. This is what happened to me... I opened another account because my main one was being hacked into, in the end paypal closed down my accounts, and I now have no paypal, and unless I use a fake name, I can't open an account again. It has been a pain for me because they do not delete your credit card or bank account details, so even if I did open a new one, I would not be able to link my cards or accounts to it to use as they are registered against my old account.
