FACT: Men are the biggest liar in the world...women would smile to that...hm! BUT a female liar is more DANGEROUS than a male liar....ladies will frown to that....while men obviously lie for selfish reasons, women lie with ulterior motives....
Is this true?

I think both men and women are good liars, the reason might be ulterior motives or selfish reason it doesn't matter because at the end of the day both man and woman still lie and it is not good.
