Do you have any phobias? / myLot

A lot of people have phobias of different kinds. What kind of phobias - if any - do you guys have? As for myself, I am really scared of birds. Any kind of birds really. I think it was because I happened to see that Hitchcock movie about birds when I was way too young for it.

I have a fear of sleep. Please don't ask me to explain why, but the thought of going to sleep terrifies me, and when I realise mid-dream that I'm sleeping I wake up and have a panic attack.

Wow, that sounds very problematic, I have to say! Have you ever tried doing anything about that? I mean, it does sound like it would affect your life a lot. And not necessarily in a positive way! (I've never heard of this phobia before by the way!)

I fear the deep sea because I do not know how to swim, but I think its not really a phobia haha

im afraid of thunders and lightnings... i also hate it when im alone, and all i can hear is the heavy rain and the loud thunder.. it really makes my heart beats fast... and makes me want to hide... i guess i have mild astraphobia... i remember when i was a kid, and it rained and then there was a sudden loud thunder, i was shaking and i jumped to the top of the table.. we were having lunch that time... my sister would laugh remembering that incident... lol

heights!..it seems the whole world is bumping at me..It's really annoying I am tour guide but I have that kind of fear...hope I can overcome it soon!...

well I kinda have several phobias but the most I don't like is fear in heights and dark deep water...scary :/
