With the advent of new technology, some women would prefer to smoothen their skin faster by going to dermatologists or buying some signature products. Nevertheless, attached to this is the harmful chemicals and probably the risky effects on the later part as on the case of surgery. With this, it puts a dilemma to some women instead they just sit down in their sofa and eat lots of fruits. Is it true that the best answer to smoothen our skin is by eating fruits? Is there a study of science for this?

The day before my marraige I have fruit facial. A paste of fresh fruits was applied on my face. I saw the lady blend the fruits. She used papayas, tomatoes, oranges bananas etc. The skin felt so smooth and good. Its the natural way to keep ur skin healthy and nice. Eat lot of fruits, have a healthy diet, limit fried foods and ur skin will be great. A tip for smooth skin, Apply a mixture of bengal gram flour, turmeric and milk cream every morning and wash off after an hour, your face will glow.

Hi desheree
There is no harm if you eat any fruit, almost all the fruits are good for your health in some or the other way. Some fruits are definitely good for the skin more than eating by applying on the skin. I don't know whether there is a science for this.

Yes I do agree! And I trust fruits, vegetables and a good amount of liquid, exercises, fresh air and rest all add up to a beautiful and healthy you! You need a good balance of each of them to fight stress and worries which does exactly the opposite.

Well, not all fruits are good for your skin, even though I highly doubt that there are fruits that are bad for your skin. But some are definately better than others! I've actually heard that certain berries are supposed to be the best for your skin.
Personally, I think a healthy lifestyle (not too much sun and tanning, no smoking etc) has the biggest impact on skin.
