http://webupon.com/security/how-to-create-a-strong-password-2/ if you are a member of many online sites, i bet a lot of you use the same password for everything. this is something that shouldn't be done because then if anyone guesses one of your passwords, they would be able to have your password for every website you go on. this is very important now that online banking is available, and people who you dont even know could have access to your savings. that article shows you ways to create a strong password. do you use the same password for everything, or do you have variation in the ones you use?

I use one password for my regular Internet work but for anything that concerns money I use a much harder one.

I agree. I switch up my passwords depending on the importance of my account being secure. Mostly, I use the same password though. It's usually a mixture of numbers and letters and characters like exclamation points and question marks. I really only have two passwords. I actually hate assigning passwords because I fee like if I used all different ones, I'd get confused or lose the place where I wrote them down. So, I just use two different kinds, with some variations between them.

well they say a combination of letters and numbers is enough for a strong password. but there is a balance between a strong password and memorizing it. passwords must be memorable enough so we can memorize them

For some important account like Paypal and primary email, better to use the strong password upto 22 digit. The password was combination of a-z, A-Z, 1-9.Cause many hacker sneak around in out there. Also make some duplicate for Your primary account, like make two Paypal account, and keep hide the primary account.

To make a strong password, is not that hard. you will need to mix up letter and numbers. But, always remember it. A strong password, will never be useful unless you could also remember it by heart.

your password should not be any think related to your personal information ,name , place, phone number , usually using words anything . and it should be mixture of alphabets, digits and special characters like (@,#,$,%,^,& etc.). length of the password should be more than 8 character. Don't forget to change your password frequently at least once a month

Thanks for the help. We should always use a strong password to protect our online privacy. However, I don't take risk of creating a password. I simply use aafter.com to create it for me. I just need to type password: in AAfter's search box and press enter to get one.

Hi Gemma! I have heard this so many times before. It is just so difficult remembering all those different passwords for which sites and then they tell you not to write them down? Well then how are you supposed to remember so many? I do change them up a bit and then when I can't remember which one goes to which site I get so upset! I used to be afraid of doing online shopping and bill paying and now I do, but I still have in the back of my mind that I am wrong and should still be doing it the old fashioned way by snail mail! Does anyone else feel like this? I just don't feel safe no matter what when I do stuff online, but I do it anyway!

When it is about internet banking or anything money related I make sure I used different passwords. But if it just a forum or any sites that I wont regret even it was hacked then 1 password will do. And I think they cannot break my password easily. Its a combination of special characters, alphabet and numbers and it doesn't make any sense even for me.

make a case sensitive password. make some letters capitals and some letters small. like this: PaSsWoRd. or you can replace the letters with signs. for example you can replace the letter 'a' with '@', the letter 's' with '$', the letter 'o' with '0'. here is an example : p@$$w0rd. hope this helps

simple in IT technology the strong password must be mix between the three symboles that the keyboard contain: a-z , 0-9 and !@#$%^&*(). mixed these ex: 1@abds and you got a strong paswword that need bluefish key encryption to breack it
