Should Israel be blockading Gaza? That is a difficult issue, but if they are going to do it, then all vessels have to be searched. In the midst of all the outcry over the violence that occurred when Israeli forces boarded a vessel that was attempting to defy their blockade, the underlying cause has been largely ignored. If they allow one vessel to proceed uninspected because it is only carrying "humanitarian" products, the next one or the one after will bring rockets and machine guns that will be used to kill Israelis.
