How do I find a RSS Feed Provider?

Hi,
I currently have feedburner, but I am having a few problems and would like to change providers. My problem is I don't really know what I am looking for. 
I know absolutely NOTHING about this. I only did feedburner because it was recommended 2 yrs ago when I started my blog.
I am looking for one that offers RSS subscriber as well as email subscriptions. I really can't pay for anything. I checked Feedblitz and I know that it would cost me approximately $30 for up to 2500 and $50 for up to 5000 email subscribers. Although I only have about 50 right now, I don't want to get into something expensive and be stuck. 
If there is anything you can offer me to help me please do.
Please give me the name, link and what is best about it/how to use it, etc. lol
