I use e-forexgold.com, they will wire money to yoru bank account or maybe it's a good idea to get a debit card that can be funded with Liberty Reserve and then u can get cash at ATM. The debit card is a good option if you make regular withdrawals, bank wire- if you do not make withdrawals often.
