How can I maintain my leave entitlement as an employee?

There are many unfair things around us.I myself,as an employee can not maintain my leave entitlement during Dragon Boat Festival.Not only the company give us any vacation,but also we can not deserve treble wage.what more,I want to visit my friends who have three days vacation during this festival and I must and have to ask for a leave and my salary will be deducted.How fair it is !

I guess that's a job for you, most especially when you are dispensable. There are many companies in my area with the same policies, though, it's fairly logical why they don't want you to have a leave on those days - simply because it's the busiest week of the year and they're going to make money more on those days.
Further, if they do allow you to take your leave, it would be unfair to all the others who'd be working on those days.

No,I ask for a leave to visit my friend,this has nothing to do with my colleagues,I leave and i have no salary.my colleagues work and they earn their own wages.what I feel unfair is that I can not have vacation in the legel festivals and if I take one off,my salary will be deducted.

It does not matter.Employees do not ask for a leave easily because having vacation means salary deduction,so if not having no other choice,I will stay at my post just only for my salary.

It seems like weekends are not included in treble wage days. So you can only get treble wage in the exact day of Dragon Boat Festival.
If you have the determination to be expeled, you can do many
, like walkout, accuse your company to labour bureau... if not, the only thing you can do is tolerating.

It's intelligent for you to realize that power is the most decisive thing in our China!
As the final method, labour bureau may have some use. My mother got her unpaid salary of about 1 year throw the local labour bureau. Certainly she resigned after that.
Just try to be calm, anger is bad for your health.

Sometimes in life you don't get anything you just have to take it.I working in a retail shop means I got vacation on Monday(our country Monday means market close).And also I don't got any vacation on the festival because that time the market is going on the fire.I same condition as you.And i found one way is to quiet this job and find another.Where at least they give me vacation on Festival.But don't quiet unless you have another one.First find another one and then quiet.
