Hi there!
You're right. So far, in MU Philippines, we can't make Gol Fenrirs yet so there's only one gold fenrir existing in MU Philippines and it is owned by Lokaret, the first summoner to reach the max level, which is level 400. It was a prize for being the first summoner to reach the roof level.
