Most simple one you can follow is the paleolithic diet. You can only eat unprocessed meats, fruits, vegetables, and nuts and seeds. Basically, you just eat what you would be able to find naturally in the wild. I lost a good 15 pounds following that in a month, with vigorous exercise as well.

thanks! i start surfing the net for this type of diet... i just found out that this is also known as the caveman's diet... haha... i just couldn't imagine myself eating food with no grains, salt, sugar, legumes or dairy products.

well,i got one but it's not actually a diet plan but you can give it a shot..you can eat 8 times a day..don't get me wrong..you eat a small portion in every meal..don;t eat to much till you can;t hrdly walk or even gasping for air..!!consume lots of fruits..instead of munching on sncks..why donlt you cut the fruits small and keep it chill in the fridge..so whenever you feel hungry, just simply take the fruits and eat it..isn;t it simply and fresh...

There's a slimming coffee called Leisure 18 from Brazil. Lots of people have tried and are satisfied with it's fast results. If you're not pregnant and not lactating, free of heart problems, not hypertensive, then you should give it a try. The name speaks for itself. You'll lose unwanted bulges XD in 18 days yet some witnessed it's effectiveness in just a week. Beware of some of the side effects though that vary from light to moderate like frequent urination, dry mouth which is a good thing because it encourages you to drink lots of water, lightheadedness which will soon go away after your body has adapted to it, and lost of appettite which seems to be absent in my case (I still crave for food but I just eat a controlled amount since you'll feel wierd if you take in like more than a cup of rice). As much as I'd like to recommend the natural way of dieting, some can't seem to follow it and even gain more weight since they feel they're deprived of what they want. Nonetheless, it's the safest way to do such action.
