Hospitals... How difficult to keep them clean

I am a doctor and I think that it is a great job done by the employees top keep a hospital clean because there are so many factors that tend to contribute to impair the cleanliness of a hospital.

well, i have worked in a private and public hospital and you could see the difference. on a private one you can see that its really clean and in the public one its kinda like clean but feels dirty. well i think the budget/funding of the hospital really is the key.

Madam Flor was mopping the floor. - Look at our labor room/delivery room complex.
It depends on the personnel. Our hospital is a government hospital and the utility worker is very strict about cleanliness. She always mop the floor and scrub the walls.

They use soap and the disinfectant to scrub walls and floors to keep sterility of special areas like the delivery room
