i have some trouble in sleeping.At one time,i really wanna sleep and can sleep well,but at another,i am abnormal.it is so strange that my body's or my mind's abandonment of sleeping right now is beyond my control.this thing is really always upsetting me.i am afraid of becoming an abnormal person.

You are not becoming abnormal, dear. It just happens. May be you are worried over something or your sub-conscious is trying to analyse reasons of something which happened in your life earlier.
You are perfectly okay. Concentrate deeply in YOGA posture and bring God at the centre of your fore-head just above your both eyes. Slowly inhale and exhale thanking God for beautiful life He had given to all of us, repent your mistakes and ask for forgiveness. It should bring peace to you and you would fall asleep very soundly.
Second thing you must ensure is physical activities. If you are tired physically you could sleep without any troubles.

yeah,guy,thanks for that you have exchanged my feelings to the the detailed words to give me.i finally find the reason why i can't sleep well."i always worry over someting and my subconscious is trying to analyse reasons of them which will happen earlier."you means that religious beliefs can help me,right?i think it is useful for me.so i am trying to have a sitting position with the legs crossed which is used in yoga.at the beginning,i have a pain in my legs which makes me cry and cry.but now i can accept the pain because it is helpful for me.

i totally understand what you mean.... same here even though i am really tired. .. and i really wanna go to sleep but i just cant...
specially my hearing sense is really active when i hear someones walking outside...then i will be awake again or even if my neighbors opening their light... it really makes me hard to fall asleep....
So girl dont worry i think theres a lot out there that has the same case that we do... so cheer up...were not abnormal..its just that we have to find some solution to resolve our problem... when u find some..lemme know:)

i think i am s strange personl.i alaways think that people's sleeping including mine is a waste of time.have a see:we work hard in daytimg.and when night coming,we have to do what we like to do.but at the same time we need th think about the time when we shoulc go to bed.oh!that is a boring thing for me.so don't wanna sleep and i am abnormal.

You just need to have a good routine. Maybe you lack exercise. A good exercise routine will sure to give you a normal sleeping habit. Lack of movement will make people feel not sleepy for they are still full of energy. That maybe the reason. Just give it a try.
