i found a lovely website that you can upload your own tracks and people vote if your good or not and they can give you money to promote, if you raise £15,000 within 6 months you get a record label! :D

i am sure it is for the UK erm i am not too sure on song writers, mostly artists like singers and stuff but take a look at the site and see what you think :)
