I would have to say scrambled, But I really like the new Jimmy Dean breakfast meal, has potatoes, red and green peppers , and you have a choice of ham or sausage or southwestern style,and all you have to do is add the eggs, very very good you should try it. You can find it in the stores now.

I prefer scrambled eggs, especially if they have spinach, mushroom and cheddar cheese mixed in. :O)

I love scrambled eggs with swiss cheese, tomatos, and onion and spinach, but I love over easy eggs with home made waffles!

If I go out for breakfast I usually order them over medium. That way I know I am not getting the liquid eggs from a carton.
At home I like to make them scrambled with cheese mixed in with them before I cook them up. Yummmm.......

Awesome response, never thought about that when eating out.
