I heard in news,that they found a link between sleep deprivation and the onset of disorders such as anxiety and bipolar depression.But that's not all:regularly forcing your body to stay can affect your blood pressure and inflammation levels,resulting in an increased risk of heart disease and cancer.
Also sleep deprivation has been linked to enhanced risks for obesity and diabetes.

I have this problem every once in a while, when I have a lot of things to do or want to do a lot of things. I guess the bet thing to deal with this is to tire yourself when you're awake. Go for a jog or swim. wear yourself out before sleeping time comes.

You do a lot of works in our home or workout for yourself, so that you get tired and after an exhausted day you can sleep well. Or another suggestion, Make a prayer.

its not a big problem.... actually you are creating yourself a problem by thinking of that problem that happened today...

I also have difficulty to sleep too at the moment, but maybe because I'm not very busy for last few weeks..
