Rather than think of it as a diet, try to eat healthily, and eat a good variety of foods, so you get all the nutrients you need. And increase your activity to burn off some extra calories. If you don't like exercise, try going for a walk or swimming. I've lost around 30lbs during the last year without really trying, by eating healthily and swimming regularly.

exercise.. and dont skip meals... skipping meals will make you hungry and will make you eat unhealthy foods in between meals.. that is my opinion.. but when my sister was trying to loose weight, she exercised and controlled the food she eat.. like yeah eating less i guess.. it worked for her...

well,i use latter because it will work for me..it might be a little bit slower than dieting but it worth a shot and it is less painful than dieting..i mean dieting make you crave for food more and when you can eat like usual, you will surely 'attack' the foods and without realising it,you'll be consuming food twice the amount you used too..

Eat three decent meals a day that have all the right nutrients, don't snack in between meals and try to up your exercise - you will lose weight then!!

hi, in my opinion the best way for losing weight is regular exercise, taking more water before going to take food , avoiding junk food , taking warm water mixed with one spoon of lemon and honey early in the morning these are the things which generally help in losing weight.

I lost 6.6 lbs (3kg) by eating less of the same food I used to eat... I eat less carbohydrates and eat more protein rich foods. I lose these pounds for just 6 weeks.

The first thing you should stop eating is the red meats and try eating chicken and seafood and you will see a big impact in that. Try not eating a lot of foods with oil and nothing with breading so really just plain chicken and seafood and that you will see an impact with. Now just exercise and that is pretty easy to do while just at home. You can pick up some weights at walmart for pretty cheap and start lifting weights while in the shower and also while in the shower washing your hair try doing some marches with your legs and side twists and you will see an impact within just a month. My mom did this and lost about 20 pounds in just a month. If you stick to this you will see a change in your life and body really quick. GOOD LUCK

You have to be very carefull when loosing weight. Don't try to do it fast. Eat less and healthy and do some exercise as well. That would help. TATA.

Well, it depends on what you eat I guess. If you eat healthy things already, then you should just cut down on it, but since that is probably not so likely, you probably need to start eating healthier things instead. Do a research of what things are healthy to eat instead of going on some crazy diet, it will make it easier to keep the good results you achieve as well.

i don't know, but yeah, maybe i'll have to do a research, because i'm very picky when it comes to eating and it's not easy for me finding healthy stuff that i like to eat

the best way to lose weight is to exercise because when you dont have sweat you will not lose weight, beside this you have to controll your wish to eat more and more.

Both!!! I have been researching this for about 4 months now... And have discovered that you must exercise with diet to see any significant changes in size!!! You can deffinently lose weight doing one or the other buut it will never really shhow unless you do both!
