hi to al mylotters
I have listened to some of the press conferences held by the Deepwater Horizon External Affairs folks. One thing they talk about is how different clean-up operations are for beaches compared to marshes. For beaches, workers are sent in with shovels and rakes to remove the portion with oil.For marshes, techniques vary by area, but there are few good options. So what you think my dear mylotters.

I think that yes there are different ways for different areas and everyone is getting involved. But on a different angle i don't believe that we should stop drilling because of this it puts lots of people out of work, makes prices go up on gas and other oil products, and will just overall torture the economy of the southern coastal states if we have to stop all drilling too many families depend on the jobs they have in the gulf mine included. yes it can be dangerous but the oil companies need to learn what a shut off valve is and make sure they are properly installed not stop the drilling!!
