Judging People on Their First Actions

Has anyone assumed someone of being a bad person by the one thing you see them do? Lets try a different scenario. Pretend a substitute teacher walks in. Everyone in the class moans and yawns. The substitute gives some heavy assignments. Everyone hates him. Even though it was heavy assignments, he gladly helped anyone in need, and did not take the shortcut. He actually gave an effort to help a class, but in return, all he got was attitudes. This happens all the time around me, and I rarely do it. I try to get to know someone before I make a judgment. How does this reflect to your life?
Thanks,

Yes, this has happened to me too. Like they say, "you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover" it's so true. When I went on an interview, for the last company that I worked for, my manager interviewed me and I was very intimidated by her. She looked as if she was a very difficult person to work for. Well, once I started working for her I realized that she was the sweetest person I have ever worked for. She was very understanding, when it came to putting family first for situations which I faced while on the job.
I definitely learned my lesson to never pass judgement on anyone until I get to know them.
