I would rather have creamy, mashed potatoes. Once in a while, I do have a baked potato though.

Yes, left over baked potatoes are great for making fried potatoes, I do that all the time too.

What type cheese sauce do you use, sour cream and chives, but absolutely no bacon bits, find them very gross.

I would have to say baked, with sour cream and butter, or sometimes I like broccoli and cheese on mine as well, as bacon bites and sour cream.

well. fried potatoes.. they are YUMMY...
cannot copare anything with..
then they may be chips or french fries
