Hello all those Dish Network customers out there! I have a normal Dish Network receiver. I have been apart of Dish Network for about three years. I want a receiver that records. I heard that Dish Network has free DVR upgrades, and I got no clue what DVR means. Anyway, I heard it was a free upgrade for customers of 1+ years of service. I want to know if this is true. If it is, is there any extra charges? And can you also explain how DVR works and does it actually record? Thank you very much, funorb12
