I have a Paypal premium account that got limited access. It is requiring me for a proof of billing address. But all the bills at home are named to my parents. I have more than $100 in that account and I can't use it to buy things online or even withdraw it on my bank account.
Is there a way to settle this issue? Have anyone experienced this?

maybe you were not able to link your credit/debit card to paypal or confirm your paypal.
when i started paypal i watched this video tutorials:

It's easy.. JUst have your home address in it, and it shall be ok.. IF not, use the same address for your bank account, for your paypal account.. Paypal only needs it for verification purpose, and it does u no harm..
The proof of billing address will only be shown on paypal site, when the buyer receives your payment.. There wont be any real bills coming to the house.. hehe

If you were to send them a copy of your bank statement that comes to the same address with the same name on it as your paypal account has on it, that will also allow them to lift the limitations on your paypal account. Ours still has some restrictions on it, but they are nothing that causes us any kind of an issue. The main limitation that I can think of on our paypal account is that we are only to withdraw $500 US in a single month using our paypal account. Of course, this is a non-issue to me because we've never had nearly that much money in our paypal account.

My cousin's account was like this before. As far as I can remember he scanned their electric bill, the name on the bill is of his father, my uncle. I think he attached a note along with the the bill stating that the name of whom the bill was named is his father. Then I guess there was more process after that. He is using his paypal account till now without restrictions.
By the way why was your paypal limited?

I see now I thought you get your account limited when you try to withdraw $100

If you fail to have the issue resolved after 180 days the account will allow you to withdraw any money you have in the account. You just can't send it or receive payments. I do suggest calling them up and resolving it soon. Best of luck

How come like that! So far I just smooth-fluent in using paypal, only I use a business account. So that you can use the Paypal facility, it is advisable you contact the contact Paypal and ask.
Time in my experience, email response within 24 hours. Hopefully, you can use paypal again.
