Is there any software for making a website that is free and easy to use??

I'm not sure of any software that there is out there but I work on alot of sites online and I use weebly.com to make my website, it's free. You can also pay for one to get your own domain but the free one is still just as good.

I was going to suggest joomla, but I figured that you don't look like a developer, so I guess you'll just have to stick to their suggestions above.
