honda cars cannot be made into a taxi?

I think its part of the contract for every Honda car owners. They cannot use them for public transportation or their warranty will be void. And my boss, who owns a Honda civic told me that the parts of Honda is really expensive so they won't risk using it as a taxi.

Yes that is true. I don't know the legitimate reason why but I think Honda is trying to uphold their image. So does that imply that it's degrading for a car to be made into a taxi? I really don't know, Ritch. Lemme go see what others had to say. :)

Yeah. I've about this before and don't know the answer either. It was on of my friend who told me of this. He said Honda cars cannot be converted to a taxi as agreed by the company.

I'm not sure about other countries, but yes, Honda sedans cannot be turned into cabs. When you buy a car from Honda, especially the Civic model, you make you sign a contract that you can't use it as a public transport vehicle. This is what my dad told me a few years back. He bought a Honda car 2-3 weeks ago. I'll ask him again tonight to confirm

Yes, This is definitely little expensive for maintenance and these are the petrol engine cars. Honda's can be made into taxis. I have seen honda taxicabs. Usually larger cars are used from companies that make larger family sized vehicles, but there are many small compact taxis like honda being used for taxi service too.

honda cars have less rated than toyota. honda cars only have petrol engines, most of taxi is diesel engine, it's maintainance is high. honda cars have good fuel efficiency, consumes less fuel. toyota is worlds no:1 car company . thanks .........
