Did you know there are actually sites where people donate things(at least in my country). You could find a monitor and old pc there and it's enough for basic users. Try searching for it. Hope you'll find something, good luck

hi gracielle, Oh thats sad. I know how it feels because back then I used to rent pc and pay for it per hours of use. I am unsure if we have an organization supporting the above idea, I wish we have it, but until now I haven't heard of any related to it.As per mylotting, you may also use your mobile phone since there are internet surf promos for as low as 50 pesos a day like with globe tattoo unlimited surf and smart unlimited. Although, to have your own pc is more preferable. Hope you'll have it soon.

Well there cheap pc now in the market and some people sell good 2nd hand computers now. I bought a pentium 4 dual core for Php9,300 only. Well it doesnt have a avr and speaker so i add 700pesos.
