can anyone tell me how to add my blog into myLot?

Does anyone who has already add their wordpress blog into myLot? If you have done that could you tell me what should I fill in the "Feed URL" blank? Where can I find it in wordpress?
I have found a "valid xhtml" of my blog that is "root namespace": http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml". Can I fill this address in the "feed url" blank? Thanks.
