Anybody knows about Payoneer account? / myLot

I joined a new affiliate site and it had the option to use payoneer account..Have you guys used this account..Is it good.. How much it charges for activation??

i prefer my debit card, it's cheaper than payoneer

i don't know about payoneer account, don't do expensive activation. thanks ........
