We are all using the internet. We spend most of the time tending our e-mails, logging in our facebook, and most especially myLot. However, is your Internet service provider providing you the best service that they should have?

so far, i am satisfied with my ISP, SmartBro. what i love about this is the USB modem that i can bring anywhere i want. unlike the cabled internet, you will be left behind when you go out of your home or office.

Yes, I am very satisfied, as I have Comcast, and I have been using them now for 4 years. I have not had any complaints about them, as when I have had problems in the past, they would be so kind to help me out and fix the problems. They always take the time to make sure that their customers are satisfied, and that is what it is all about. I intend to be with Comcast for a very long time. Take care, and happy mylotting.

I'm not too happy with my internet provider, but it really is the best one around. Compared to the ones in the past, it's actually great. I guess I just think it costs too much. And when I moved, which was just a different apartment in the same building, they charged me an arm and a leg to change the service to a different apartment.

Really really upset. My internet service provider is very bad. Recently, our internet connectivity is very slow. Sometimes even, I can't access internet at all. Their service in handling our complain is bad as well. Their customer service is very warm in listening our complain but the engineer is very bad service. Yesterday, I can't access internet for few hours. If they don't solve this problem, we will consider to change our internet service provider.

I am not satisified with my internet service provider since I hate it when they disconnect me and when you are downloading something that is very bad like if it was a program.I have a program that lets me finish downloading the program were I left off but I still hate that or when the connect speed goes from 3.10mbps to 200kb.Tho most of the time its ok but since I live in the country we do not have that many choices of providers to choose from here. But I going to change to another provider soon and I hope they are better.

I am satisfied, but when it lags, it makes me crazy. There are days that the performance of my internet is great, zero dc at all, and at times, I experienced around 5 times of lagging. Frustrating sometimes.

No! I am not content with my isp. I have broken connections often and that irritates me a lot. When I contact the customer care center there are no talented people to explain what had happened and when will the connection resume without such faults. They don't even like to know it themselves. Just redirect to their higher officials.

I'm satisfied with my ISP, somehow. There are slow times in my connection every once in a while but as long as it keeps me online I'm satisfied. I can also download softwares and movies upto 15gb a month

I have experienced ups and downs with my Internet Provider but so far they are addressing all my inconvenience. As of the moment my connection is stable and I can now access several sites faster. Unlike my previous provider, the connection weren't stable and if it rains it will automatically unable/disable choose the right term. Anyways I love globe so far as this is my present provider, hope I will have more years in this company.

I used to pay a big amount for a moderate speed---i did loose a lot money to that service provider which comes inbuilt with our landline phone.I moved onto another one which provides the same speed at low cost and i'm quiet happy with their service.I should opt for better speed when this six month period membership expires.great day.

I have complained about my ISP. My brother is struggling with the speed and network. He has to go to the balcony for network and its rainy season and balcony is open. Many time he get disconnected and I have to wait for him to come online. Also, they have sent bill for extra usage which was just because of low speed, we used less but the speed caused to be online for longer time. I am fighting for bill and will not pay the bill, maybe I have to go to the consumer court for that. I am ready

My internet provider is RDS and I'm very satisfied with it.I got all the services from it.I got fiberlink 10MB\s internet, a free mobile internet 3.6MB\s(should of been 7.2MB\s but I hurried up), TV cable and fix phone line and mobile.I pay around 22$ for all.I pay around 12$ only for internet. The fix phone line and the mobile are free, I pay only if I speak in other networks. But about the Internet, Yes, it rocks, very fast.I sometimes download in MB\s.Example: from microsoft.com I download with 4-5 MB\s with an Internet Download Accelerator.Normally I download with around 2MB\s or more and I upload with 1-2MB\s or sometimes more.I wouldn't switch from it never!Long live RDS!

My ISP is Globe Telecom Innove, my line is 1mbps DSL for P995 monthly, I always have a stable service, my only problem with my ISP is when i opted for a 3mbps they would not allow me, They want me to finish my 1mbps contract first before I can upgrade. As for over-all performance 1-10, i give Globe 9. i deducted 1 for disallowing me for an line upgrade.

Yes i am 100% satisfied but my girlfriend has a different provider and has problems all the time. It's hard to tell her dad he is wrong about which provider is good. Guess he got used to the one he used before. That makes me angry...why pay more for less?

Well my ISP got lazier and lazier. It has a pretty big speed but I already slit it to 3 computers through a wireless router and it goes lazier and lazier. The first time I used it the speed was just incredible but after a few years it tends to lag and it has some breaks that can be very irritating especially if you use it a lot and if you pay like 300$ per month. Well to answer your question...yes I am somehow satisfied but it could be better.

I am more than happy with my internet service provider. But it is not due to their service but due to their negligence. My network provider provide both 2G and 3G services. Although the 3G data network only provide speed of around 256kbps to 384kbps(might be upgraded in future), but the good part is that we can use their 3G data network with a 2G sim and a 2G data plan due to some bug in their network. The unlimited data plan in 2G is of just about $6 and I get speed of around 256 to 384kbps and unlimited access to internet for a whole month. I can't think of more in such price.
