How we improve ourselves...

I use a relaxation CD each night and have done for the last six weeks or so.
The tape first relaxes my body; beginning with the top of the head, working through the facial muscles and then thorugh the main muscles. After that it requires a bit of imagination as it takes you through relaxing images, most of which you can't remember after listening. I choose to sleep after/whilst listening to it, but if you prefer you can awake and continue with your day.
Getting to the point...this CD has improved me by releasing my tension, making me feel and appear more relaxed, getting rid of most of my headaches and nech/shoulder strain and improved my confidence through positive visualisation.
What do you think about this? And what ways do you improve yourself? Have they worked?

Really...is this true that a certain CD really exist and can improve ourselves. I would like to know where to buy that CD and maybe it can help me too and even my other siblings who were living a stressful life. It's good to know that it really helps you to relax and can even release the tension in some body parts. To me that is already a big accomplishment.
Anyways...maybe you can be kind enough to send me the link where to find that CD.
AS for me I have not develop any thing yet to improve myself because i always failed every time i tried maybe a help from a CD will do.

I am thinking of starting to do yoga again, I used to do it before but I have not done it for a long time now. I just need to find the time to do it!
So I guess that would be my thing, once I start! Your way sounds really nice too, I am sure it really helps in many, many ways!

Thankyou, it definitely does help me :)
I used to do hot yoga, that was fun. I find yoga is particularly good for helping with breathing problems, but I haven't done it for a while. Stay happy :)
