Pretty much what are your favorite video games from when gaming really began to expand. What Did you love to play on your dreamcast, on your PSX, first games you obtained for your Xbox? I know games that were and still are great (and that I still find fun) are those such as Crash Bandicoot 3 (Could play for hours), TOCA Racing games (First racing game I played on PSX) and Driver 2 (Practically the original San Andreas).

I remember buying my kids Playstation and one of the games was Spyro the dragon, it was our favorite and we played it forever. Have tried Spyro in other gaming systems but none were ever as fun as the original on Playstation. We also enjoyed the crash games. We recently bought a Wii for the youngest, what a difference in the way the systems are today. Graphics are amazing, we bought the new Mario game and up to 4 people can play at the same time, it's awesome. I still love playing the games with my kids, and they seem to enjoy it with me, they are amazed that I play them so well. Happy Mylotting!!!

hello shotgun, yeah we were never into the hardcore shootem up type games with blood and guts. When the older kids were younger they just played the fun happy games. The worst one my son was into was the pokemon games, I so hated those. I would constantly have to take the game away from him as he would get so frustrated and start these yelling fits at the game. I see the youngest doing the same thing and have to have her take breaks from the Wii. Thank goodness it's summer and she has the summer to play. Happy Mylotting!!!

Oh i know what you mean! When I first got my ps1 my father bought me a subscription to the Official Playstation Magazine (still available but its completely different from what it was in early 2000s) and I would get a CD with demos along with the magazine every month. When I got a cd with the spyro demo I tell you I must've played it at least 30 times from the time that I got the cd to the time I bought my PS2 lol. Also, I've only played 2 crash games (Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped which I thought was awesome, and the first one for PS2 which was horrible). I'm not too much of a wii gamer, since what it provides is more of what they call a hardcore gamer (playing shooters, action, adventure, that type of stuff), and the Wii provides more casual gaming content (party games, fitness, mario series). Nevertheless, the console is still great for younger kids since that's probably what most of them are into.

I have just about played games on every system and my favorite game to play is Perfect Dark for the nintindo 64. It is a shooting game. I still have my 64 but I lost my perfect dark a while back when I moved here. But one day I will own it again.

For one of the first shooters that really got to people, it is amazing. Sure the graphics now are obsolete, but back then they were great. Fun factor is still just as great and definitely something to play once in a while.

I really liked the old Nintendo games, Super Mario (several different games, and I loved all of them!), Zelda, Paperboy and so on. I still have them, but I do not play them anymore since they feel a bit old fashioned now. Gaming has really developed so much since then!

I totally agree with how you say "old fashioned". When I popped in GT2 not too long ago and started playing I thought to myself "I don't remember the graphics ever being this terrible..." lol (: And yes, Super Mario 64 was an amazing game. I remember going to my cousin's house on Saturdays and playing this all afternoon! And Super Mario Bros. Deluxe was the first game I got for my Game Boy haha, I still have it around here somewhere..
