The Wigix task not secure?

I just noticed that somebody just posted a new task on MyLot and when I wanted to fulfill it by joining the site, at visiting Chrome blocked my access for security reasons as the site is not secure. So I declined visiting.
Have you visited the page?
Is it secure?
Did you get the same error?

Ijust tried it and I did not get a warning.
However that task will son be removed by admin.
Sign-up tasks ae not allowed.

That's weird. I used to see a lot of sign-up tasks around here..I used to get a lot of money from that kind of tasks..Helped a lot ...and I'm like halfway to the cashout and it gets frustrating because I have my lazy moments...Problem which you don't seem to have.
Why did they restricted such tasks?

They have never been allowed but it seems that people don't read the FAQs before posting them:

Admins have become much quicker in removing them recently.
It is after all a form of spamming if they are not allowed.
