Is the dooyoo change one for the better or worse

Dooyoo has changed it's system to make account for more popular catagories. Do you think this as a good imporvement on the site or do you think it's actually peanalising those people who write for more specialist areas.
old system : pulic review 50p
for each rating 3p
new system : public review 60p - 10p (accoring to catagories popularity)
for each rating 2p - 1p (accoring to catagories popularity)
I feel gutted that i can write a review for an item with no reviews i can get paid less than if i write one for an item with 100 reviews. To then be paid less when it is rated is a kick in the teeth.

I am apalled by the new dooyoo change, as are other people I know who are on there. I like to write film, beauty and music reviews and they are all low paid. It takes a lot of time and effort to earn money on their as it is. Since I have heard about this I have not contributed to the site. I am quite offended and am instead focusing my energy on My Lot.
I feel we should organize a mass petition or send individual complaints. Any ideas? what are ypur thoughts on this?

I just feel helpless really. I understand they are within their right to do it and i doubt shouting will make much difference.
I do understand the logic behind the decision and it's not the change of payment for different catagories that angers me, obvously a review that will be read more by non-members is worth more to them.
It's the drop in rating. it just seems so unfair. by their logic, i'd get less reads and less ratings as it is. why make them worth less too. Is that opinion less valid becasue it's not a high searched for item?

meluan.... I'm afraid they may suspend your account if you do that. plus if i'm getting such a low return for a rating i'd have to get 3 people to rate each article for what i used to get for one rating. But if you want to go and rate all gfeef's reviews excellent than i'm more than happy for you to do so! (wink wink)
