invalid log in

does it happen to you where after trying to type over and over your username and password, all it says is invalid log in? my friend and i are both in graveyard shift. we had to log in to be able to access into our accounts. it just so happened that my friend's computer hang so she had to restart it. as she was trying to log in again, she started complaining that her username and password is invalid. she kept on trying and trying but it did not work at all. i asked her to do the ctrl-alt-delete to see if the system is still running, and to end the task. it did not work either. she even tried to use different computer just to make sure that her computer is the one which has the problem and not her username and password. she was about to give up until she asked me to watch her how she was doing, if she was doing it correct, as she is a bit sleepy too, and so i did. at first she was typing very carefully to avoid hitting other buttons, but it was not successful. i asked her to try again but still it was not successful. on her third try, i almost laugh my heart out to discover that she was typing erroneusly her username, and she was not aware of it at all. i almost poked her on the head and told her that has her username spelled wrong. she erroneously spelled jamie to jaime and that's why she kept on ending up having an invalid log in. we almost wet our panties laughing that morning. it was really funny it took our sleepiness away!
