Do you shop online? In which stores?

A lot of people shop online these days, while it was pretty uncommon only a few years ago. I remember my friends being worried about using their credit cards online, and so on, but now everyone seems to be doing it.
Do you? And if so, where do you shop?
I shop online on a regular basis, mostly on Ebay, Amazon and in online gift stores (ThinkGeek is my fave!) when I need presents for other people.

I don't know those stores (the two besides Amazon, I mean), will have to check them out. Thanks for your reply!

argos.co.uk - obviously a UK company
play.com - UK and Europe I think. Good for games and gadgets.

Thanks for the urls! Will check them out, I always like finding new online stores. Especially if someone recommends them to me, because that usually means they are good!

Depending on what I am actually shopping for decides as to where I am going. I have never used the internet for my food shopping as I really enjoy looking round the store for the bargains. I also prefer to pick my own fresh fruit and veg as appossed to someone else just picking them from the shelf because it is on the list. As for clothes and shoes, shoes being my ultimate down fall, I absolutely love, love, love Ebay and Goofbay. Goofbay is the alter ego, the land of miss-spelt items a very handy tool. I don't believe that the world wide web however, will ever come close to the excitement of finding that special top, skirt, trousers etc and going to try it all on in the changing rooms, then feeling mighty proud of yourself for the good hard days graft of shopping till you drop!

I am glad you had a look at Goofbay, it's always handy to have a browse through, you can be very lucky, it is one of my favourites. Happy bargain hunting and let me know if Goofbay bags you a BARGAIN!!

Wow, thanks for the tip about Goofbay, I just checked the site out, and I loooove it! Great tip, seriously!
I have never used the net to buy groceries either, somehow that does not appeal to me at all, and where I live there are not any good online grocery stores anyway, which is fine by me, really.

I do shop online. A lot more these past few years than ever before. For the exact reason that you have already stated.
Now a days it seems fine. I feel more comfortable using my credit card online than I do letting the waiter at the local eatery take it to his till to charge my card for returning it to me with my receipt. That's for sure.
I shop mostly at eBay but also amazon. I already did my shopping for last week, one more order for today.
I buy mostly craft and sewing things as well as some specialty clothing including footwear for my dog, otherwise it is usually DVD's and Music.
I am a member or a cash back program too so i actually make money when I shop online too. How sweet is that? Lol.
I love it.
I enjoy shopping at eBay. Is my favorite. I have found so many good deals on there and have not once had any troubles, as of yet (touch wood)
I do visit some other sites that provide dog apparel and like you, gifts but only if they accept PayPal. Otherwise I do not shop there.

Oh, thanks for reminding me about cash back programs, they really seem awesome, but I have not gotten around to trying one yet. That is a great idea in order to make your online shopping even more lucrative and fun!
Thanks for your reply, I really appreciate it!

I love the look of anthropologie too! But I have never bought something from anthropologie. Yet, anyway! I'm hoping I will in the future, like you!
Thanks for your reply, by the way, I really apprechiate it!

Yes, I shop online a lot. We get our weekly food shop from Asda online. I also buy a lot from eBay and Amazon UK, mainly DVDs and CDs from Amazon, photos and collectibles from eBay. But I get my mobile phones and cameras online too, usually from Amazon. We got our cooker from Currys and our 3-piece suite from eBay.

Not really. I hate online shopping. If it isnt what you thought it was, or you don't like it, it's a pain to return.

I do shop online. If i am buying clothes i try and shop at stores that i will shop at, at the mall because im not worrying about returning it and having to wait for the right size to arrive. Buying from stores you shop at is the best way to go.
If i am shopping for other items i usually will try amazon like i did over the weekend. I did some shopping for some things over the weekend that the boyfriend has been talking about wanting for a long time now. I ordered something from amazon and then the Disneyphotopass becasue we went to disney and i wanted a nicce picture of us so i ordered one i thought i would like. Enjoy mylotting and shopping.
